Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our team. As a Senior SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving organic search traffic and improving search engine rankings for our clients website. Your expertise in search engine optimization techniques, analytical skills, and strategic thinking will be key in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the clinet's website.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
Perform competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to outperform competitors.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page content, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact search engine rankings, such as broken links, duplicate content, and website speed.
Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant data sources. Generate reports and provide insights on key metrics and trends.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Implement changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and opportunities, such as voice search, mobile optimization, and schema markup, and explore their potential impact on SEO strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and design, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website and digital marketing initiatives.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior SEO team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1.5 to 4 years of experience in SEO
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience working in SEO, preferably in a senior or lead role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Experience with website analytics and performance tracking tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights and recommendations.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
