    Role Overview:
    We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships for our Website Design, Website Development, and SEO services. The candidate should understand client business needs and convert them into profitable projects.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

    Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and online platforms

    Identify businesses that need website or SEO services

    Maintain a healthy sales pipeline

    2. Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding

    Communicate with potential clients via calls, meetings, and emails

    Understand client business models, goals, and pain points

    Suggest suitable services like website redesign, SEO, or maintenance

    3. Proposal & Pitch Presentation

    Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

    Explain service scope, timelines, and deliverables clearly

    Handle basic technical explanations with support from the team

    4. Sales Closure & Negotiation

    Follow up with prospects regularly

    Handle objections related to pricing, timelines, and competition

    Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

    5. Coordination with Internal Team

    Share project requirements with design, development, and SEO teams

    Ensure smooth handover after deal closure

    Assist in resolving client queries during onboarding

    6. Client Relationship Management

    Build long-term relationships with clients

    Upsell additional services like SEO, AMC, content, or redesign

    Encourage referrals and repeat business

    7. Market & Competitor Awareness

    Keep track of industry trends in web and SEO services

    Understand competitor offerings and pricing

    Provide feedback to management for service improvement

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Strong communication and persuasion skills

    Basic understanding of Website Design, Development, and SEO

    Experience in IT services sales or digital agency sales preferred

    Ability to work independently and achieve targets

    Good follow-up and negotiation skills
